Rebound Finance sells and shares consumers' personal information. If you are a resident of California or another U.S. state that provides these rights, you can direct us to stop. This page explains what that means and how to submit a request. You do not need to create an account, and you do not need to verify your identity, to opt out.

We honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) and other recognized universal opt-out signals as a valid request to opt out of the sale and sharing of personal information. If you visit our site with GPC enabled in your browser or a browser extension, we treat it as an opt-out for that browser or device automatically, without any need to verify your identity. Because the signal is tied to the browser or device, you may need to enable it on each browser and device you use.
You can opt out using any of the following methods:
To process an opt-out we only need enough information to locate your record (for example, the name, email address, and phone number you submitted). We will not use that information for any purpose other than processing your request.
You may use an authorized agent to submit an opt-out request on your behalf. We may require the agent to provide proof that you gave them signed permission to act for you.
If you are a resident of Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Texas, Oregon, Montana, or another U.S. state with a comprehensive privacy law, you may also have the right to opt out of the sale of your personal data, targeted advertising, and certain profiling. We process opt-out requests within 15 business days of receipt. Requests to limit sensitive personal information and other privacy requests are handled within the timeframes described on our Data Request page.
We will not deny you service, charge you a different price, or provide you a different level of service because you exercised your privacy choices. Opting out may reduce or stop the offers and matches you receive from our partners, because our service works by sharing your information with them — but you will not be penalized for opting out.
