Depending on your state of residence, you have rights over the personal information Rebound Finance holds about you. Use this page to submit a rights request. To opt out of the sale or sharing of your information, or to limit the use of your sensitive personal information, use our Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information page (no identity verification is required to opt out).

Rights You Can Exercise

Right to know / access — the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you, the sources, the purposes, and the categories of third parties we disclosed it to (generally covering the prior 12 months).
Right to delete — request deletion of the personal information we collected from you, subject to legal exceptions.
Right to correct — request correction of inaccurate personal information.
Right to data portability — receive a copy of your personal information in a portable format.
Right to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information, targeted advertising, and certain profiling (see the Do Not Sell or Share page).
Right to limit the use of sensitive personal information (such as your Social Security number and financial account information).
Right to appeal a denial of a request (see below).

Who May Submit / State Coverage

The specific rights available to you depend on your state of residence. Residents of California, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Texas, Oregon, Montana, and other states with comprehensive privacy laws (including states whose laws take effect in 2026) have some or all of the rights above. How to Submit a Request

Information to Include

So we can locate your record and respond, please include:

The right you want to exercise (access, delete, correct, or portability).
Your full name.
The email address and phone number you used when you submitted your information.
Your state of residence.

Identity Verification

For requests to access, delete, correct, or receive a copy of your information, we must verify your identity to a reasonable degree of certainty before we act, so that we do not disclose or change your data at the request of someone else. We use the information you provide to match against our records and may ask for additional information if we cannot verify you. You do not need to verify your identity to opt out of the sale or sharing of your information.

Authorized Agents

You may designate an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf. We may require the agent to submit proof that you gave them signed permission, and we may ask you to verify your own identity or confirm the agent's authority.

Response Timelines

We confirm receipt of your request promptly and respond within 45 days. If we need more time, we may extend the period by an additional 45 days and will let you know. Opt-out requests are processed within 15 business days.

Right to Appeal

If we decline your request and you reside in a state that provides an appeal right (such as Virginia, Colorado, or Connecticut), you may appeal by contacting us at legal@reboundfinance.com. We will respond to your appeal within the period required by your state's law (generally 45 to 60 days). If your appeal is denied, you may contact your state Attorney General to file a complaint.

No Discrimination

We will not deny you service, charge a different price, or provide a different level of service because you exercised your privacy rights, except as permitted by law.
